Suitability Statement and Statement of Demands and Needs
As a Beauty Therapist, Hairdresser, Nail Technician or other health professional who provides advice treatment and/or therapies to members of the public, you acknowledge that you can be held legally liable for loss or damage to other people’s property, injury, harm, and or financial loss alleged to have been caused to clients, patients or other parties. The policy that we will arrange will meet this need and will provide defence costs and payment of damages for your breach of professional duty, following a negligent act, error or omission.
This service is on a non-advised basis which means we do not make a personal recommendation. We provide you with sufficient information to enable you to make an informed decision as to whether the policy and the additional benefits and the level of these benefits, which you choose, will meet your demands and needs. Your insurance cover start and end date will be specified in your policy schedule.
